This class is a wonderful blending of
- A book study
- Progressive exercises
- Introduction to Yamuna Body Rolling
There will be 3 lessons per week over 6 weeks. These include readings from the book, Diastasis Recti and watching online videos from experts to supplement your reading. Each lesson will also include breathing and movement exercises to complete. We will be using the book for many of the exercises but there will be other resources that are included, including Yamuna Body Rolling.
The average time commitment is 15-20 minutes per day. Ideally, you will practice what you are learning every day.
Each week, a list of the weekly activities will be emailed to you.
